Winny Zhang joined CapStar Commercial in 2014 right after graduating from the Master
program in Real Estate from University of Maryland. Winny combines her extensive academic and applied knowledge of real estate investment and commercial leasing to provide investors and tenant/Landlord representation services throughout DMV area. Winny specializes in commercial leasing, lease negotiations, and investment sales. She has sold and leased properties within retail shopping centers, restaurants, general office space, warehouse and flex. Her fluency in English and Mandarin also allows her to engage and guide the multicultural communities within the D.C. market. Winny is professionally licensed in Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland.
